All Motohomies hoodies are 350 GSM cotton-blend fleece — heavyweight by Indian clothing standards. 350 GSM is the sweet spot for riding wear: substantial enough to layer over a t-shirt on early morning rides, light enough to carry in your pannier when you warm up by midday. The cotton-blend (not 100% cotton) means the fabric holds shape better and dries faster if caught in light rain.

Our 350 GSM hoodies work well as a mid-layer under a riding jacket in 10-20°C conditions — common on early morning rides, Spiti evenings (September-October), Himachal winters and coastal pre-dawn rides. For sub-10°C riding (Ladakh, Spiti in winter, high Himalayan passes), you'll need a proper thermal base layer under the hoodie, then your riding jacket on top. For pleasant 15-25°C riding weather, the hoodie alone over a t-shirt is comfortable enough without a jacket.

Our hoodies are already oversized cut — they drop past the hips with extra width throughout. Most riders order true to size. If you want extra room for a thermal base layer underneath, go one size up. Unisex sizing means they work for both men and women — women often prefer ordering true to size or one size down for a fitted-oversized look rather than full-baggy. Check the size guide on each product for exact chest, length and shoulder measurements.

Our graphics are DTF-printed. With correct care (machine wash cold, inside out, mild detergent, no bleach, no direct ironing on print), the graphics survive years of regular washing without cracking or peeling. Avoid fabric softeners — they coat the fabric fibres and can dull print adhesion over time.
