Exchange Policy
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at TheMotohomies@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91-8288888985 if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size and color changes of the same product.
To be eligible:
- Items must be in original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Once approved, the product will be picked up by our courier partner. Shipping charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
- All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
- Send images of defective items to the provided contact details.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the returned item passes our quality check. The refund will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped (usually within 12–24 hours of placing the order).
