Common Questions Before You Reach Out
Where is my order? When will it arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of placement and typically arrive within 7-10 working days, pan-India. You'll get a tracking link in your order confirmation email — check that first. If your order hasn't shipped within 48 hours, WhatsApp us with your order number.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on all online-paid orders above ₹299. Standard shipping charges apply on orders below ₹299. We ship via Shiprocket and other courier partners based on service availability for your pin code.
Can I exchange or return a product?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size changes on the same product. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Exchange shipping is borne by the customer. The replacement is delivered within 10 days of pickup.
Please note: we do not offer refunds — all sales are final. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, WhatsApp or email us immediately on receipt and we'll resolve it promptly.
