Exchange Policy
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at TheMotohomies@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91-6239999388 if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size and color changes of the same product.
To be eligible:
- Items must be in original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Once approved, the product will be picked up by our courier partner. Shipping charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer.
- Exchanged product may reach the customer in 7-14 days.
Refund Policy
- All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
- In case of defective product received we shall exchange the product.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped (usually within 12–24 hours of placing the order).
To cancel, WhatsApp us at +91-6239999388. Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
