Reflective stickers (also called radium stickers) are made from a special vinyl with tiny glass beads or micro-prisms embedded in the surface. In daylight they look like normal matte stickers. The word "radium" stuck in Indian usage because early glow-in-the-dark watch dials used radium (the radioactive element).
