We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size and colour changes of the same product. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Once approved, the product will be picked up by our courier partner. Shipping charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer.
  • The exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 10 days.
